About Cody Schmidt
I’m a 500-hour Certified Yoga Instructor with over four years of teaching experience, co-leading 200- and 300-hour teacher training programs, and creating thoughtful, anatomy-focused classes. In 2022, I completed my Ayurvedic Health Counseling certification and now work one-on-one with clients to help them embrace a balanced, holistic approach to health through my Ayurvedic Health Program.
My journey started in theatre, where I cultivated creativity, collaboration, and curiosity. After years of exploring stagecraft, I shifted to the restaurant industry, fostering a deep appreciation for community, nature, and sustainable living. Along the way, I discovered yoga and Ayurveda, which rekindled my passion for teaching and personal growth.
Today, I integrate yoga, Ayurveda, and fitness training to guide clients toward greater health and happiness. Through The Yoga Code, my mission is to help others take control of their lives, find peace, and live with purpose.
