Ayurveda, the wisdom of life, is a holistic wellness system from India spanning over 5,000 years. At its core, Ayurveda seeks to harmonize the relationship we have with the natural world, guiding you toward balance, peace, and joy so you can live to your highest potential.

What drew me to Ayurveda—and what continues to inspire me—is its unique, poetic approach to health. Rooted in ancient Sanskrit texts, Ayurveda acknowledges the complexity of life: its challenges, its unpredictability, and its moments of flow when everything aligns effortlessly.

Through this beautiful framework, Ayurveda offers practical, timeless tools to navigate life’s ups and downs while nurturing the body, mind, and spirit. My goal is to share these tools with you in a way that feels accessible and empowering, so you can embrace wellbeing on your own terms.

Yoga Instruction

Yoga is the process of uncovering the wealth within your body, mind, and spirit. It seeks to balance the relationship between these elements through movement and breath, allowing you to better control your body, thoughts, and emotions, and guiding you on a path toward contentment.

My approach to yoga stems from my foundation in Hatha Yoga—a balanced practice that encourages observation of the body. With Hatha as my base, I am also able to incorporate various other styles of yoga as needed to create individualized practices that honor your specific needs, goals, and experience level. Whether you are new to yoga, looking to deepen your practice, recovering from an injury, or seeking to cultivate more mindfulness, I am here to support you every step of the way.

Together, we’ll work toward greater flexibility, strength, and inner peace, so you can develop a practice that leaves you feeling grounded, centered, and inspired.
