Cody Schmidt is thoroughly educated and experienced as a Personal Fitness Trainer and as a Certified Yoga Instructor. I’ve received those benefits, having worked under his guidance in both areas, since May 2024 through the present time. Cody is clear and interesting in his instruction, both on an individual basis, in group classes, and in a half-day workshop I took, including helpful handouts. He prompts frequently, which I appreciate—some movements/positions are complex, and I need reminders such as engaging core and proper breathing. He also changes up routines, keeping the body and my mind challenged! On top of all that, Cody is personable and respectful. There’s no doubt that cares about helping people maintain and improve whole-body health—physical, mental, emotional.
